Stephen Lawrence Day - Unique Hairstyles

Gossey Lane Academy will be marking National Stephen Lawrence Day on Monday 22nd April 2024. The week will be used as an opportunity to celebrate the rich diversity in our school and to encourage pupils to embrace and celebrate their own heritage and identities. All activities and learning will be age appropriate.

On Monday 22nd April, children and teachers are encouraged to celebrate their individuality and what makes them unique by styling their hair in a unique way or with hair accessories. Please ensure children still come in full school uniform.
