Year 3 - Shri Venkateswara Balaji Temple Visit
We are pleased to inform you that our Year 3 pupils will be taking part in an educational visit to the Temple on Tuesday 5th May 2026. This visit will support the children’s learning in Religious Education and provide a valuable opportunity to explore different cultural and spiritual practices.
The visit is free of charge; however, pupils are welcome to bring a small cash donation for the Temple if they wish. If your child would like to bring a donation for the Temple, please could this be in a sealed envelope.
Travel & Timings
The children will be travelling by MAT Minibuses. The children will be leaving Gossey Lane Academy at approximately 9am and returning to Gossey Lane Academy at 1pm.
Lunch Arrangements
The children will have their lunch on return to school at 1pm. Due to the timing of our return, pupils will be provided with a cold lunch provision.
Consent:
Parents/carers must provide consent for this trip via Arbor. Please log in to your Arbor account and complete the consent form by Friday 13th March 2026.
What the Children Need to Wear
Pupils will be required to wear their full school uniform for this visit.
