Gossey Lane Academy will be marking Stephen Lawrence Day on Wednesday 22nd April 2026. This important national day encourages children and communities to reflect on Stephen’s life and continue working towards “A Legacy for Change.”

To celebrate the theme of individuality, children and staff are invited to come to school with a unique hairstyle or hair accessories that express their personality.

Please ensure that children still attend in full school uniform.
